為更好地服務(wù)社會(huì)和行業(yè)，促進(jìn)事業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展，依據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)公司法》的相關(guān)規(guī)定，經(jīng)國(guó)家工商總局核準(zhǔn)，我司名稱“北京船舶通信導(dǎo)航有限公司（簡(jiǎn)稱導(dǎo)航公司，英文簡(jiǎn)稱MCN）”自2017年10月24日正式變更為“交通運(yùn)輸通信信息集團(tuán)有限公司（簡(jiǎn)稱交信集團(tuán)，英文簡(jiǎn)稱CTTIC）”。

更名后，導(dǎo)航公司原有業(yè)務(wù)均由交信集團(tuán)繼續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理，業(yè)務(wù)主體和法律關(guān)系不變，注冊(cè)地址、開戶銀行賬號(hào)和稅號(hào)、聯(lián)系方式均保持不變，原債權(quán)債務(wù)以及原簽署和發(fā)布的各類文件、合同等繼續(xù)有效，原有的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系和服務(wù)承諾保持不變。

我司印章已相應(yīng)變更，自2018年2月1日起，所有涉及我司的業(yè)務(wù)信息、文件、資料、合同、票據(jù)及銀行賬戶等，將使用新名稱“交通運(yùn)輸通信信息集團(tuán)有限公司”。涉及開具發(fā)票、賬號(hào)、稅號(hào)等事宜的客戶，請(qǐng)聯(lián)系我司處理。

The Announcement about Beijing Maritime Communication & Navigation Co. (MCN) was renamed China Transport Telecommunication Information Group Co., Ltd (CTTIC)

To deliver greater benefits to the industry and the society, and to promote the business upgrading and transformation, the company, formerly known as Beijing Maritime Communication & Navigation Co. (MCN), has been renamed China Transport Telecommunication Information Group Co., Ltd (CTTIC) on 24 October, 2017, upon the approval of the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, and in compliance to the provisions of Company Law of PRC.

After the change from MCN to CTTIC, the company will remain its original business operation and management, with the subject of business and legal relation stay unchanged; registered address, bank account, taxpayer ID and contacts keep the same as before; credit and debt, files of all kinds that were concluded and released by MCN, agreements included, are valid; and the original business relations and service commitments are applicable.

Since the company’s seal has changed in accordance to its name, from 1 February, 2018 on, we will use “China Transport Telecommunication Information Group Co., Ltd” on all the business information papers, files, documentations, agreements, bills and bank account. Please contact us for any issue concerning invoice, bank account and taxpayer ID.
